Suggestions for money earnt via posting...?

With every post that someone makes on my sites, they'll be earning $3 - $5 - I haven't decided yet. I was just thinking that it's a pretty pointless thing unless their character's have something to spend it on. I only have two ideas at the moment and they're that they can either rent out a club, town hall etc for a party or something. Or that they can use it to have a holiday somewhere around the world.

Other than that, I'm stumped for ideas. Help? Anyone?

If this site is the criminal minds rpg you were talking about, maybe they could spend the money on upgrading their level? Or maybe they could spend their money on creating a villain that they could track down and kill. XD

The Ideas that the co-admin and I (with the help from you lot) have got at the minute include

• Hiring out places
  
• Holidays
  
• Rent
  
• Buying houses
  
• New car

I'm not sure about pets I'm still considering that part. They won't need to buy Villians because anyone can create them Gives people the freedom to be a good guy or bad guy. I'm sort of trying to do it like they would in real life e.g. get offered the promotion and then they decide whether or not to take it. Yes, it is the Criminal Minds/Crime one xD

EDIT:: I do like the idea of the degree idea, though they'd pay for College/Uni rather than the actual degree
