Please excuse me if the answer is obvious, but I've searched probably for more time than healthy for this haha.
To make an image or a skin for a request do you have to be on a "graphics" team? If so where can I go to fill out that application?

Nope! ;D You just make your own studio in that studio graphics section. and then in the skin section they just post requests and you can take them. ;d
